AgriTech Solution Strategy

The client, one of the tech innovation companies from Black Africa, came to us with the specific request. They needed a concept of ArgiTech innovative ecosystem for the farmers in Kenia to get the major starting round of investments. The key success factors for this business idea were current climate situation, lack of local domain digitalisation level, and possibility for international fundings support.

After series of negotiations and internal workshops we came with a solid proposal and ecosytem blueprints vision. It consisted of the hybrid software and hardware approach: weather data integration, IoT sensors providers collaboration vision, interactive multidata platform with flexible layer tuning, mobile app clients, and more.
