Creditcheck Web Solution

This product was created to help creditability managers decide whether to give loan to a person or SMB or not. The system used various client information and data sources to evaluate the amount of credit risk. The application had several forms, which gathered input information and send it to back-end logic for a further analysis. After that, the manager received automatically generated results.

Our main goal was to review the current ecosystem integration status, check and improve the existing user journeys, improve the overall usability of the product. Another important bunch of requirements was about application web responsiveness, data flow and speed optimization.

The main activities here during the discovery were interviews with operators, CJM creation, and user testing series. As a result, with close participation from the customers' side, the team got the end solution vision, and it was successfully implemented.
