Enterprise Elasticsearch Engine

This web app was the powerful system for elastic enterprise search and data aggregation. Here customers could perform complex searches using the different parameters, navigate through large in-build source database, and use their internal company data storages. Also, there were a lot of other possibilities, like search queries analysis, newsletters generation, data compilation, etc.

We worked on this project for more than a year. Our team consisted of business analytics, experience designers, front-end and back-end devs, testers, and product management.

The main case was to redesign the old product experience, and make it more straightforward, understandable, and closer to customer’s needs. At the same time, we needed to switch to a whole new technical solutions: reorganise cloud and databases solutions, and rebuild the front-end.

In the first stages of discovery and research, we broke the ice and improved collaboration processes between managers and developers. A lot of activities were done after that in ten months: dozens of interviews, CJM creation and calibration, discussions about possible partial product pivoting, and many more.
