The background behind this project was pretty clear: in collaboration with internal departments, HR’s, TA’s teams, we should create redesign for the existing hiring web platform. The main idea was to separate this part of the global site and create the new careers portal with a unique URL.

Research & discovery phase consisted of interview sessions, personas creation, scenarios, and detailed user flows structure as a result. After approving the UX results, the team came to UI ideation. Special focus was on the mobile version of the portal, which required additional experience research. Then, we started the actual agile-driven development.
