They needed a round of innovations and feature updates for their public website, an internal platform and an additional knowledge base platform. We came up with the research & discovery process, where we supported the development of a long-strategy roadmap, shaped the core business ideas and reflected them into the new functionality scope for five connected streams, including both desktop/responsive and native mobile solutions.

The ecosystem scope included various user types with unique flows and feature coverage, multiplatform-developed applications (web and mobile) with social-media-like and group management functionality, event creation and management, and much more.

As an outcome, we got the updated and reinforced multiplatform ecosystem with no-code and administration panels for one of the international non-government platform leaders.
