Retail Telecom Web Application

The client – the branch of one of the to biggest European telecoms – came to us with the task to redesign one of his web portals (telecom services + e-commerce engine). We had several client teams in contact, according to various parts of functionality and content sections. From our side, we organized the huge team, including more than ten people. It was half-of-the-year project.

We arranged onsite sessions with the stakeholders management. Also, we were able to arrange interview sessions with the regular users of clients' services, as well as online and offline card-sorting activity to get an understanding of how customers see a content structure inside the portal. Market landscaping and additional product positioning activities were included to the discovery as well.

After discovery and ideation process, it was a matter of time to rebuild portals' content structure, refresh customer journeys, and rebrand the visual key: for desktop, tablet and mobile views.
