Transportation Digital Solution Strategy

This client, a new-born startup in electric truck logistics and electricity supplies, came to us with a several requests: business strategy shaping and roadmap creation, MVP vision, and driver-facing mobile solution as the investment rounds boosters.

After almost two months of business and product discovery, series workshops and activities we validated main hypotheses and prepared a high-fidelity prototype of the application, WBS, ecosystem vision and several other artefacts. Then, we started the actual application development.
